Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 9th April 2004.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) Order 2004^f1.
