  "text": "The Registrar shall consider an application notified to him as aforesaid and shall either authorise the Cutlers’ Company to proceed therewith or, if it appears to him that there is any objection to the application, shall give notice of his objection to the Cutlers’ Company, who shall communicate it to the applicant.",
