  "text": "(1) Sections 5 and 10 apply in relation to a comparable trade mark (IR), subject to the modifications set out below.\n(2) Where the reputation of a comparable trade mark (IR) falls to be considered in respect of any time before IP completion day, references in sections 5(3) and 10(3) to—\n(a) the reputation of the mark are to be treated as references to the reputation of the corresponding (IR); and\n(b) the United Kingdom include the European Union.",
