  "text": "(1) Section 3 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (4), omit “or by any provision of EU law”.\n(3) In subsection (4A)—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ or ”;\n(b) omit paragraph (b) (together with the final “or”);\n(c) in paragraph (c), omit “or the EU”.\n(4) In subsection (4B)—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for “provision of EU law” substitute “enactment or rule of law”;\n(b) in paragraph (b) for “EU” substitute “United Kingdom”.\n(5) In subsection (4D)—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ or ”;\n(b) omit paragraph (b) (together with the final “or”);\n(c) in paragraph (c), omit “or the EU”.",
