At the end of paragraph (1)(d), omit “.” and substitute “;”.
(3)
After paragraph (1)(d) insert—
“(e)a proprietor of a comparable trade mark (EU) who sends a derogation notice to the registrar under rule 43A.”.
(4)
In paragraph (4), for “another EEA state” substitute “an EEA state”.
