  "text": "TRADE MARKS\nMade 30th March 1998\nLaid before Parliament 31st March 1998\nComing into force 27th April 1998\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 34(1), 38(2), 39(3), 41(1), 43(2) and (3), 63(2), 67(1) and 78 of, and paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 3 to, the Trade Marks Act 1994, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby makes the following Rules:—",
