The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 34(1), 65 and 78 of the Trade Marks Act 1994^f1, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992^f2, hereby makes the following Rules:—
