# The Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 2004, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 2004.
(2) These Rules shall come into force on 5th May 2004 immediately after the Trade Marks (Proof of Use, etc.) Regulations 2004 have come into force.
