This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in SI 1995/2912 and SI 2000/136 caused by amendments made to those Statutory Instruments by SI 2006/760. This Statutory Instrument is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of SI 2006/760.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections section 78 of the Trade Marks Act 1994^f1 and section 36 of the Registered Designs Act 1949^f2, makes the following Rules:
