  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules correct rule 8(5) of the Registered Design Rules (SI 1995/2912) and rule 10(5) of the Trade Mark Rules 2000 (SI 2000/136). Both of these provisions were amended incorrectly by the Patents, Trade Marks and Designs (Address For Service and Time Limits, etc) Rules 2006 (SI 2006/760). These Rules substitute the word “registrar” for the word “comptroller” in both rule 8(5) of the Registered Design Rules 1995 and rule 10(5) of the Trade Mark Rules 2000.",
