This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 2008/1797 and S.I. 2006/1975 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Trade Marks Act 1994^f1 and section 36 of the Registered Designs Act 1949^f2.

In accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007^f3, the Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council before making these Rules.
