# The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1987, Article 1


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1987 and shall come into force on 26th May 1987.
(2) The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1986 are hereby revoked.
