  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1988 and shall come into force on 23rd June 1988.\n(2) The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1987 and the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1987 are hereby revoked.",
