  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules revoke and replace the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1987. All fees apart from those payable on forms TM 9 and TM 20 are increased with effect from 23rd June 1988. The fees payable on forms TM 9 and TM 20 are abolished. It is estimated that the total amount of fees collected per annum at the new levels will be 4.5 per cent greater than the amount collected per annum at the existing levels.",
