# The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1989, Article 1


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1989 and shall come into force on 3rd July 1989.
(2) The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1988 are hereby revoked.
