  "long_title": "These Rules revoke and replace the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1990 (S.I. 1990/1800). As a result of the rationalisation of the general fee structure, fees in respect of several matters have been abolished. However, fees in respect of other matters have been increased, and it is estimated that the total amount of fees collected per annum at the new levels will be 7½ per cent greater than the amount collected per annum at the existing levels.",
