These Rules revoke and replace the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1991 (S.I. 1991/1898). Fees in respect of a few matters have been increased, namely those shown in relation to Forms TM3, TM6, TM10, TM11 and TM32, by not more than 10 on current fees.
