These Rules revoke the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Forms) Rules 1986 and amending Rules with effect from 31st October 1994, the date on which new forms as required by the registrar come into usef1 pursuant to section 66 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 (c. 26).
