The Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council pursuant to paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007f1.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(1) and (3), 78 and 79 of the Trade Marks Act 1994f2, makes the following Rules—
