# The Trade Marks (Fast Track Opposition) (Amendment) Rules 2013, Rule 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Fast Track Opposition) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into force on 1st October 2013.
