  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 2000 (S.I. 2000/137) to require the payment of £50 if the proprietor of a Community trade mark or international trade mark (EC) wishes to receive notification of the results of a search of the register conducted under Article 4 of the Trade Marks (Relative Grounds) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/1976).\nA full regulatory impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business and the voluntary sector is available from the UK Intellectual Property Office, Room 2B36, Concept House, Cardiff Road, Newport, NP10 8QQ and is annexed to the Explanatory Memorandum which is available alongside this instrument on the OPSI website.",
