These Rules revoke the Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 2000 to the extent that they related to fees payable in respect of matters arising under the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 1996.

Fees for international registrations are now dealt with in the Trademarks (International Registration) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2206.)

No impact assessment has been prepared in relation to these Rules as they do not have any impact on business.
