  "text": "TRADE MARKS\nMade 23rd July 1996\nLaid before Parliament 24th July 1996\nComing into force 2nd October 1996\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 79 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 (“the Act”), of the power conferred on him by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—",
