Laid before Parliament 22nd July 1998
Coming into force 1st October 1998
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 79 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 (“the Act”), of the power conferred on her by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—
