  "text": "TRADE MARKS\nMade 23rd January 2000\nLaid before Parliament 26th January 2000\nComing into force 17th February 2000\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 79 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 (“the Act”), of the power conferred on him by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:–",
