The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 54 of the Trade Marks Act 1994^f1, after consulting with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992^f2, hereby makes the following Order:
