# The Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment) Order 2010, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 6th April 2010
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 54 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 and of the power conferred by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988.
