  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 2008/2206 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nTrade Marks\nMade 27th February 2013\nLaid before Parliament 1st March 2013\nComing into force 31st March 2013\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 54 of the Trade Marks Act 1994.\nIn accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, the Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council before making this Order.",
