# The Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 2: Amendment of the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008: concurrent registrations


(1) The Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 4, in paragraph 2(2)(c) (concurrent registrations), for “all” substitute “some or all of”.
