  "text": "(1) The provisions of section 73 (certificate of validity of contested registration) apply, with the necessary modifications, in relation to proceedings before the court in which the validity of the protection of a protected international trade mark (UK) is contested.\n(2) The provisions of section 74 (registrar’s appearance in proceedings involving the registrar) apply, with the necessary modifications, in relation to proceedings before the court involving an application for—\n(a) the revocation of the protection of a protected international trade mark (UK);\n(b) a declaration of the invalidity of the protection of a protected international trade mark (UK);\n(c) the rectification of the supplementary register.",
