  "text": "(1) The registrar shall maintain a register (“the supplementary register”) for the purpose of recording, in relation to international trade marks (UK)—\n(a) disclaimers and limitations;\n(b) notifiable transactions.\n(2) The supplementary register need not be kept in documentary form.\n(3) Rules 34 to 39 apply, with the necessary modifications, in relation to the supplementary register.",
