The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 54 of the Trade Marks Act 1994^f1 and of the power conferred by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988^f2, makes the following Order:

In accordance with section 8 of the Tribunal and Enquiries Act 1992^f3, the Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council before making this Order.
