# The Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008, Paragraph 3


In section 35 (claim to priority of convention application), for subsection (5), substitute—
“(5) The manner of claiming priority shall be determined in accordance with the Madrid Protocol and the Common Regulations.”.
