# The Trade Marks (International Registration)(Amendment No.2) Order 2006, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order correct articles 10A(1A) and 13(1B) of the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 1996 (SI 1996/714). These provisions were amended incorrectly by the Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment) Order (SI 2006/763). This Order substitutes the word “registrar” for the word “comptroller” in those articles.
