# The Trade Marks (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2018, Article 3: Modification of the Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Act 2017 as it extends to the Isle of Man


(1) The Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Act 2017 as it extends to the Isle of Man has effect subject to the following modification.
(2) For section 7(2)(b) (extent) substitute—
“(b) section 2(1), (2) and (4);”.
