  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Marks Regulations 2018 and come into force on 14th January 2019.\n(2) In these Regulations—\n“the 1994 Act” means the Trade Marks Act 1994;\n“the CTM Regulations” means the Community Trade Mark Regulations 2006 ;\n“the International Registration Order” means the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008 ;\n“the Rules” means the Trade Marks Rules 2008 .",
