Regulation 20 Registration: supplementary provisions

Section 41 is amended as follows.

After section 41(1)(a) insert—

“(aa)

the division of a registration of a trade mark into several registrations;”.

In subsection (3)(b), after each reference to “application” insert “ or registration ” and after “applications” insert “ or registrations ”.
