  "text": "For rule 5(6) substitute—\n“(6) The Registrar may at any time—\n(a) suspend the right of applicants to file a request for expedited examination under paragraph (2) (“the expedited examination service”) for such period as the registrar deems fit; and\n(b) resume the expedited examination service.\n(7) Where the registrar suspends or resumes the expedited examination service pursuant to paragraph (6), the registrar must publish a notice on the Office website—\n(a) of the date from which the expedited examination service is suspended;\n(b) of the date upon which the expedited examination service will resume.”.",
