# The Trade Marks (Relative Grounds) Order 2007, Article 6: Transitional provisions


(1) Articles 2 to 4 shall not apply to an application for registration of a trade mark which was published before the coming into force of this Order.
(2) Article 5 shall not apply to an application for a declaration of invalidity which relates to a trade mark the application for the registration of which was published before the coming into force of this Order.
