  "text": "TRADE MARKS\nMade 10th July 2007\nComing into force 1st October 2007\nA draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 8(5) of the Trade Marks Act 1994 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nAccordingly the Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 8 of the Trade Marks Act 1994.",
