# The Trade Marks Rules 1994, Article 68: Form for conversions of pending application; Sch. 3, para. 11(2)


A notice to the registrar under paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 3 to the Act, claiming to have the registrability of the mark determined in accordance with the provisions of the Act, shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2 to these Rules.
