  "text": "Electronic Communications\nTrade\nMade 24th February 2023\nComing into force 6th April 2023\nThe Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and (9) and 4(1) of the Trade Act 2021.\nA draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to the Trade Act 2021.",
