Regulation 4 Amendment of regulation 2 (interpretation)

In regulation 2—

(a)

at the appropriate place, insert—

  • ““early review” has the meaning given by regulation 68A;”;

(b)

in the definition of “review application”, at the end insert “, but does not include a request by the Secretary of State under regulation 67(A1) that the TRA undertakes an early review”.
