# The Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 9th June 2018.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
