  "text": "These Regulations apply only to proceedings—\n(a) brought before a court after the coming into force of these Regulations,\n(b) in respect a claim for the unlawful acquisition, use or disclosure of a trade secret, and\n(c) for the application of measures, procedures and remedies provided for under these Regulations.",
