# Trade Union Act 1913 (repealed 16.10.1992), Section 8: Short title and construction.

This Act may be cited as the Trade Union Act 1913 and shall be construed as one with the Trade Union Acts 1871and 1876; and this Act and the Trade Union Acts 1871 to 1906 may be cited together as the Trade Union Acts 1871 to 1913.
