# Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, Section 100DB: Hybrid voting


Where hybrid voting is a selected means of voting for a ballot, Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule A1A apply in relation to hybrid voting in the ballot (and Part 4 of that Schedule applies for the purposes of Parts 1 and 3).
