# The Trade Union (Nominations) (Amendment) Regulations 1984, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations increase from £1,500 to £5,000 the limits on the amount which a trade union member may nominate another person to receive on his death from trade union funds, and on the amount which a trade union may distribute on the death of a member to persons appearing to be entitled.
