  "text": "And be it further enacted That One third part of all or any of the Forfeitures aforesaid shall be to the Use of his Majestie his Heirs and Successors One other third part to and for the Use of the said Company and their Successors to be applyed for the Maintenance of the said Forts and Castles and the other Third part to and for the Use and Benefit of him or them that shall inform and sue for the same.",
