# The Trading with the Enemy (Custodian) (No. 3) Order 1951, Article 2


There shall be excepted from the vesting to be effected by this Order any Letters Patent for inventions sealed in pursuance of an application for a patent made on or after the 3rd day of September, 1939, and the interest of any enemy in any such Letters Patent.
